Welcome!

We are so glad you are here! Unitarian Universalists are known as the Uncommon Denomination. We welcome everyone , regardless of race, ethnic group, color, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, age or national origin. If you are not familiar with us, why not give us a try some Sunday.

Our Services

We meet at 10:30 am on the first and third Sundays of each month, September through May, and on the first Sundays of June, July and August. Our current place of worship is the Ritz Theatre, 1530 Newcastle Street in downtown Brunswick, but we will be moving into our own quarters at 1710 Gloucester Street, Brunswick, GA, sometime in late 2008.
We have a program for children, ages 6 through 13. When the new building is ready for operation, we will have three classrooms for the Religious Education program.

Please check the "Newcomers" page for additional information you may find helpful.

Members offer homes to other UUs: The Golden Isles (St. Simons, Jekyll and Sea Islands) are a lot like paradise. Mild winter weather, good beaches, plenty of golf and tennis and lots more. Some members of the Unitarian Universalists of Coastal Georgia are offering rooms in their homes to other UUs for $65 a night. All proceeds will go to the church's building fund.
